Product Description: 

Submit your short film to the Student Film Category at the Shreveport Film & Music Festival. This program highlights young filmmakers (ages 9–16) and their stories about bullying.

Submission Guidelines:

• Age Range: All participants must be ages 9–16 at the time of production.
• Number of Participants: Not limited — individuals, teams, or school groups may apply.
• Format: Short film only.
• Runtime: 5–15 minutes (including credits).
• Theme: Films must address the topic of bullying.
• Submission Fee: $25 (non-refundable).
• Verification: A parent/guardian or teacher must serve as the primary contact.

Benefits:

• 🎬 Selected films will be screened during the festival.
• 🏆 Eligibility for Best Student Film – Ages 9–12, Best Student Film – Ages 13–16, and the Audience Choice Award.
